Destinee is a recent graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy here in Victoria.
Destinee is a passionate yoga practitioner that has received certificates in a 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training and a Zenthai Shiatsu Level 1 training. These trainings fueled her to dive deeper into the life altering benefits of mindful movement and touch, which led to her decision to study Massage Therapy after 15 years in the hospitality industry.
Destinee’s focus is to assist others in feeling more at ease within their bodies by allowing their overstimulated nervous system to reset while decreasing musculoskeletal adhesions and addressing range of motion restrictions. Coming from a Yoga, Shiatsu and Thai massage background, Destinee values healthy joint mobility and is looking to increase your mobility while decreasing stress and tension in the body. To accomplish this goal, Destinee implements various forms of stretching into her General Swedish Massage treatment such as Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching, Pin and Stretch and Passive Range of Motion along with breath work and joint mobilizations.
Other things that light Destinee up are teaching Yogassage (Restorative Yin poses with adjustments and massages), ocean swimming, taking selfies with her cat, volunteering in the community and at festivals, forest walks and ecstatic dance.

Cole was born in a small town in Alberta called Taber. He became interested in acupuncture at 18 after seeing it help his Mother’s anxiety. He was inspired so much by his own experiences with acupuncture that he decided to switch jobs, cities and studies to pursue his destiny and become a TCM Practitioner himself.

Helping clients balance their nervous systems to decrease stress and pain and improve their quality of life is very rewarding to Cole. He has made it his goal to pass along the knowledge of the ancients of TCM and open the minds of his patients to a different way of medicine.

Currently, he is working on his energetic skills and getting connected with the practice of Reiki. Cole incorporates energy and crystal healing in to his treatments if his clients are open to enhancing their treatment in this way.
