THERAPEUTIC YOGA is yoga as therapy for the mind and body. It is a mindfulness based yoga practice, designed to incorporate self-administered massage and physical therapy. Each pose, sequence and series has been carefully constructed to create balanced strength and flexibility through internal and external integrity. Through this integral balance the body finds it's natural state of ease and alignment. This leads to more freedom of movement and energy, creating a pain free existence. You can heal yourself.
All Therapeutic Yoga Classes are held at 202-1600 Bay Street entrance off of Shakespeare Street.

Heal Your Body Workshop

Each month I will have a different focus. My whole aim is to help you heal yourselves! These workshops will include hand outs of the exercises. We will do Yogassage, Acupressure, Fascial release, Therapeutic Yoga, Pilates and Exercise to bring balance and healing to your body.
